1. Overview

This website is operated by We Came Here To Party (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website and/or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this website or purchase our products.

2. Products & Services

We Came Here To Party provides DIY party boxes, activity packs and related products designed for children’s use under adult supervision.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without notice.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours, packaging and minor inclusions may vary.

3. Age Suitability & Supervision

Our products are designed for children within the recommended age ranges listed on each product page.

Adult supervision is required at all times when using our products. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for supervising children and ensuring safe use.

4. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order
  • Limit quantities purchased
  • Correct pricing errors

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch timeframes are listed on our website and are estimates only.

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers, peak seasons, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.

It is the customer’s responsibility to order with adequate time before their event date.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the product is delivered.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not been dispatched.

After 24 hours, cancellations may be issued as store credit at our discretion.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Refunds & Returns

Due to the event-based nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.

Where approved, we will:

  • Provide a replacement item, or
  • Issue a refund if replacement stock is unavailable.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Courier delays
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Failure to supervise children properly
  • Allergic reactions where ingredients were clearly disclosed

8. Safety Disclaimer

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that:

  • Products may contain small parts and pose a choking hazard
  • Products are not edible
  • Ingredients must be reviewed for allergies prior to use
  • Adult supervision is required at all times

We Came Here To Party accepts no liability for misuse of products or failure to follow instructions provided.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, We Came Here To Party shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
